North
North is a gentle, beautiful dog with a very calm and soft energy. She doesn’t seek attention with noise, but quietly draws you in with her presence.
She came to us from The Pas. Her family gave her up, and we don’t know why. Brandon Humane Society was looking for a place for her because they were full. People reached out to us for help, and we couldn’t say no.
At first, she is a little shy and needs time to understand her surroundings. But once she feels safe, she settles in and becomes very calm and homey.
North gets along very well with dogs and is спокойная around cats. She loves comfort — a couch, a soft spot, quiet space. She is not demanding, not pushy, just gently present, bringing a sense of peace.
North feels like calm, softness, and warmth. There is something very pure about her. She doesn’t need much — just patience, kindness, and a home where she can finally feel safe.
